2 lbs cubed beef
1 lb potatoes, cubed
1/2 lb mushrooms, quartered
4 large carrots, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
2 c beef broth
8 oz tomato paste
3 T instant tapioca
garlic

Put everything in oven bag. Slit the top.
Bake 2 hours at 350*
