3 pkgs buttermilk biscuits
1-1/2 c salsa, divided
12 oz shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/3 c green pepper, chopped
1/3 c green onion, chopped
1/3 c pitted, ripe black olives, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. in 2 Qt bowl, cut biscuits into quarters. Stir in 1 c. salsa and 2 c cheese. Add vegetables and garlic to biscuit mixture; mix well. Spread mixture into 9 x 13 baker. Pour remaining salsa over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30-35 mins until golden brown.
