1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 TBSP Butter
2 cups finely chopped cooked ham
3 slightly beaten eggs
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup finely crushed crackers
1 and 1/2 cup milk
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chopped onions in butter until tender.
Combine with Ham, eggs, cheese and remaining ingredients.
Mix well
Pour into 8 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350º for 45 to 50 minutes or till a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
