4 Tomatoes
1 Red or White onion
2 Jalapeņo peppers, add ahabanero pepper if you like it hotter
1 Garlic clove
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 cup cilantro
1 lime or tbls. lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Tomatoes, onion, jalapeņo peppers-dice into small pieces.
Chop the cilantro into fine pieces, mince the garlic clove.
Mix all ingredients together and cut the lime and squeeze juice into mixture, add salt. Stir to and mix well together. Refrigerate one hour for best results.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
