Rib Roast Recipe

1 Prime Rib Roast(Good quality meat with no antibiotic or hormones)

Marinade:
1 Bottle Red Wine (something you would drink)

Organic Beef Broth(1 cup)

Portabello Mushrooms sliced

Garlic cloves chopped

Salt/Pepper

2 Tbsp. Arrowroot or Cornstarch dissolved in water (make a paste)

Other seasoning if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Brown mushrooms in butter or ghee. Add garlic. Add broth and seasonings. Add wine. Slightly thicken with Arrowroot or Cornstarch paste. Poke holes in roast and pour marinade over and refrigerate over night.

Roast at 475 degrees for 1 hour and turn down heat to 350. Use meat thermometer to roast to medium. Enjoy!
