1/4 cup flour
1/2 stick butter
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups (or a bit more) milk
1/2 tsp dried mustard

In large skillet--melt butter, stir in flour & dry mustard-pour in milk, stir until smooth and thickens a bit. Add grated cheese-stir-until melted & smooth. Serve over toast

Thanks to Mary Anne (Penn) Buccigrossi, for supplying this recipe, which I loved as a child. Gram always served it for breakfast on the morning we left to return home. I remember a large round cracker, name: Seabiscuit which, I believe was made by Nabisco. Don't know if they're still made.
