4 large chicken breasts, boneless
1/4c flour
1/8tsp salt
1/8tsp pepper
1/2c butter
1 tbsp. sherry
1 tbsp. white wine
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. orange rind, grated
2 tsp. lemon juice
1c half&half
12 lemon slices, very thin
Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 400º.
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Dust chicken w/seasoned flour and place in a buttered casserole dish in a single layer. Dot chicken w/butter and place in oven for 25 min. Reduce temperature to 325º.
Combine sherry, white wine, orange juice, orange rind and lemon juice and pour over chicken. Cook an additional 25 min, covered. Remove casserole from oven and pour half&half around chicken. Let hot casserole cool slightly w/ half&half.
On a broiler-proof oven pan, arrange thinly sliced lemon slices and sprinkle w/grated cheese. Broil until slightly browned.
Remove chicken from casserole and arrange on a serving platter.
Stir sauce w/fork and pour over chicken. Garnish w/broiled lemon slices.
