One loaf of French bread split down the middle lengthwise
fresh mozzarella cheese
5 or 6 cloves of minced garlic
1 stick of butter
Minced parsley or basil

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter, add the garlic and simmer for a minute or two to infuse the garlic flavor into the butter.Take the French loaf that's been split in half and thoroughly coat with the garlic and butter. Slice the mozzarella balls into thin pieces and place on top of the bread. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley or basil. Place on a cookie sheet and cook in a preheated 425° oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts and is bubbly and brown. Slice into strips and serve immediately.

Simple and very delicious. I like Basil over the Parsley. You can also add some oregano if you like. Obviously it goes great with any type of pasta dish.
