8 oz bag of pitted dates (4-5 dates per person as an appetizer)
extra virgin olive oil
flaky sea salt
one small container of plain greek yogurt
crusty baguette

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1/4 inch olive oil in a small saute pan over medium heat. Fill the pan with dates and cook, turning often, until they heat through. Be careful not to burn them.

Thin the yogurt with a little of the olive oil. Pour into a plate or bowl. Add the dates and oil from their pan over the yogurt. Sprinkle with sea salt.

Slice the baguette and serve with the dates.
