2 10.5 oz cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c 8 oz sour cream
1 1/2 c 6oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 med onion (opt)
2 c cubed fully cooked ham
1 pkg southern-style hash brown potatoes, thawed
3/4 c crushed cornflakes
1 T margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, cheese and onion; mix well. Stir in ham and potatoes. Spread into a 9x13 baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Combine cornflakes and margarine. SPrinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
