1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 can of Spanish Rice
I can of Campbell's Cream of Tomato Soup
salt / Pepper
4 Green Peppers / Tops cut off and hollowed out

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef with Spanish Rice and salt and pepper.

Stuff the peppers and top with tomato soup.

Bake 45 mins at 350 degrees.
