1 Ham, Cut into bite size chunks
1/3 Cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tsp. Tarragon Leaves
1 Tsp. Brown Sugar
1 Clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place chunks of ham in a marinating dish or a large Ziploc bag.

In a pint jar or a container with a tight fitting lid, combine remaining ingredients except oil. Shake well. Add oil and shake well.

Pour over ham and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove ham from the marinade and place on skewers with chunks of fresh onion, bell peppers and chunks of pineapple. Grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade.
