1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash Cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups shredded cheddar
1/2 pound elbow macaroni uncooked
4 Tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Purée together cottage cheese, milk, and spices. Melt 2 Tablespoons of butter in a round covered casserole dish. Combine milk mixture, cheddar cheese, and dry pasta in the greased casserole dish. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Stir and remove cover. Top with extra cheddar cheese and dot with remaining butter. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes and serve.
