2 1lb pork tenderloin
1 cup bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. rosemary
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, almonds, rosemary, pepper and salt.
Dip pork in egg and then bread crumbs.
Place tenderloins in pan and brown on all sides.
Place on baking sheet and bake. At 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
