Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 t water
dash of nutmeg
1 t baking powder.....1/4 t baking soda...1/4 t salt....1 t lemon extractt
scant 3 cups flour
cream butter, sugar, eggs...add remaining ingredients
roll in a ball and refrigerate several hours before rolling out
roll fairly thinly
bake 400 about 5 minutes....do not brown
when cool decorate with powdered sugar frosting as desired
