2 pkgs dry yeast
1/4 c sugar
1 c hot water
2 c buttermilk
3/4 c oil
1/4 tsp baking soda
4 tsp paking powder
2 tsp salt
6 c flour (more if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in hot water and let sit until foamy.

Combine all ingredients and stir until smooth. No need to let rise before baking. To bake: pinch off and roll dough in flour. Shape and place in pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Store unused dough in refrigerator. it will keep about 1 1/2 weeks. Pinch off dough and cook as above.
