4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
¼ c. flour
1t. fine sea salt
1 t. garlic powder
½ t. paprika
½ t. black pepper
1T. butter
1 T. olive oil
½ c. chicken broth
½ c. Chardonnay
½ c. Romano Cheese (grated)
parsley (chopped)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large plastic bad, combine flour, salt, garlic powder, paprika & pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat. In a large cast iron skillet, melt the butter & olive oil on medium heat. Brown the chicken for a few minutes on each side. Turn the heat to low and add the chicken broth, then the wine. Bring to a low boil and then turn off heat. Cover the skilled with foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 -25 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Remove from oven & top chicken breast with cheese and parsley.
