½ c. Greek style yogurt
½ c. finely grated parmesan
4 T. olive oil
2 T. lemon
2 t. Dijon Mustard
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 lb. penne pasta
2 lb. chicken breasts
Romaine Hearts
6 slices of bread

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta & toss with some dressing. Whisk all ingredients but last 3 together to make dressing. Grill chicken (marinate in Italian dressing). Slice & Add to pasta. Grill Romaine for approx. 6 minutes (grill only 6 leaves) – prep the remaining lettuce (cut, toss). Add to pasta. Butter bread, sprinkle with garlic powder/garlic salt. Grill about 3 minutes – cut into cubes and add to pasta. Toss together & add dressing.
