Ingredients:  
2 lb of sausage
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 loaf frozen bread dough
˝ c. Romano/parmesan cheese
˝ c. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage. Chop pepper & onion. Sauté until brown and drain well. Roll out one roll of frozen bread. [Bread must be thawed & raised] Spread sausage mix on bread. Sprinkle with grated Romano/Parm Cheese. Sprinkle in Mozzarella cheese. Roll up like a jelly roll & seal edges. Brush with beaten egg. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 45 minutes to an hour @ 350° and allow to cool before slicing.

***can make with pepperoni & add other ingredients as desired***
