500 g de macarrão parafuso
500 g de carne picada e refogada
1 lata de molho de tomate (200 g)
1 caixa de creme de leite (200 g)
1. pacote de queijo muçarela esfarelado (100 g)
Água suficiente para cozinhar.

Coloque todos os ingredientes em uma panela de pressão.
Coloque água até cobrir a mistura (4 a 6 cm)
Feche a panela de pressão e leve ao fogão em fogo moderado.
Ao iniciar a saída de vapor (ruido na válvula), espere 3 minutos.
Apague o fogo e espere 5 minutos. Em seguida remova a pressão levantando a válvula e deixe o vapor sair.
Coloque o macarrão em uma travessa e espalhe queijo muçarela por cima.
