1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded incredibly tiny
2 tomatoes, diced incredibly small
1 avocado, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Italian vinaigrette dressing.

Directions:
Directions:
After you have had fun shedding the lettuce to minuteness, mix all the ingredients into a bowl and add the dressing.

If the lettuce tomato are not shredded as noted, then you just have not duplicated Grandma Lindsey's salad. The salad takes on an incredibly wonderful taste if done her way.

Grandma always served this version of lettuce and tomato salad with her famous meatloaf. What a wonderful memory just thinking about this. No one could make a simple salad taste this fantastic.
