1 large angel food cake
2 pkg. lemon jello
1 can crushed pineapple (about 2 cups)
1 container Cool Whip
1 pkg. coconut
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello with water (follow directions on box). Mix pineapple with juice. Stir in sugar. Place jello mixture in refrigerator until partly firm. Line large bowl with wax paper. Pinch cake into small pieces. Place one layer of cake, one layer of jello, alternating until all is used. Chill overnight.

Take bowl and invert onto plate. Remove wax paper and coat with Cool Whip. Sprinkle coconut over entire cake.
