Crust:
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (19 crackers make up the 1 1/4 cups)
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter, melted

Cheese Filling:
1 pound room temperature Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 medium eggs or 2 large

Glaze:
1 pint sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Sugar to taste - at least 1 teaspoon to start.

Crust:
Melt butter, add sugar and mix into gram cracker crumbs. Coat bottom and press down with hands to create crust.

Cheese Filling:
Place Philadelphia Cream Cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs in a mixing bowl. Using electric mixer, mix until light and fluffy.

Glaze:
Mix sour cream, vanilla and sugar by hand in a mixing bowl.
