400 g de camarão-rosa, médio e limpo.
250 g de carne de cavaquinha ou lagostim
4 batatas descascadas, cortadas em cubos e cozidas al dente
2 cenouras descascadas, cortadas em cubos e cozidas al dente
1 pote de iogurte natural
0.5 xícara de maionese light
Azeite, sal, suco de limão e pimenta do reino branca moída na hora a gosto
Folhas de espinafre e talos de cebolinha verde para decorar.

Cozinhe o camarão e a cavaquinha em água fervente com sal, por 5 minutos.
Escorra e após esfriar desfie a cavaquinha. Tempere com limão e pimenta do reino. Reserve.
Tempere a cenoura e a batata com azeite, sal e limão.
Misture o iogurte e a maionese.
Em uma saladeira misture todos os ingredientes delicadamente.
Decore com folhas de espinafre ao redor da saladeira e por cima com a cebolinha.
Leve para gelar.
