3 cups flour
1 cup lard
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and lard with fingers to pea size. In separate cup, combine egg, baking powder. Add milk to equal 1 cup. Whip with fork. Make hole in middle of flour mixture and pour in milk. Use pastry cutter and cut milk into flour just until mixed. Flour counter and carefully roll out. Makes 4 single pies, do not handle too much.
