1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 Tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar and egg.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Then use a fork to make a crosshatch pattern on the cookie.

Bake cookies for 10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
