3/4 cup warm water
3 pkg Yeast

2 1/4 cup scalded milk. (can use dry milk)
1 cup sugar
3 tsp salt
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
8-10 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place water and yeast in a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar. Let rise

When yeast is ready mix remaining ingredients adding oil after you beat in 1/2 the flour. Knead "awhile"
Let rise Punch down Let rise again

Shape into rolls

Bake at 350º till brown
