coconut oil, for greasing
1 cup fresh or frozen berries, cut in half if large. I LOVE to use blackberries
2 apples, cored and chopped (Pampered Chef apple corer makes the job super easy)
3 tbsp raisins or sultanas (golden raisins)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Walnuts to taste
Homemade granola for an extra treat


Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Lightly coat a baking dish with coconut oil.
2. Place berries, apple, raisins, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and walnuts in prepared dish. Mix (I quickly use my hands to fold the ingredients in a 8x8 stoneware dish)
3. Cover dish with foil.
4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the apples are soft.
5. Once removed and cooled add granola
