2 10 oz.packages of frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup butter
4 Tabs. flour
4 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
2 cups milk
2/3 cup water
6 Tabs. butter
2 cups Peppering Farm herb flavored stuffing mix
2/3 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare broccoli according to directions. Drain and turn into a greased 1 and 1/2 CT. baking dish.
Melt butter in a heavy skillet over low heat. Blend in flour and crushed bouillon cubes. Gradually add milk stirring constantly. Cook until thick and smooth. This takes several minutes so don't give up! Pour over the broccoli.
Combine water and remaining butter into a saucepan. Heat until butter melts. Pour over stuffing mix and toss gently to blend. add nuts. Turn into broccoli mixture.
Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings

I use broccoli florets. It's a little more expensive, but no stems!
This is a great accompaniment to roast beef.
