500 g de talharim
1 pacote de Fungi Secchi
1 bandeja de Shiitake fatiado
0.5 cebola roxa
2 dentes de alho
1 molhe de salsa picada
Sal, pimenta do reino e azeite a gosto
Directions:

Cozinhe a massa e reserve.
Coloque o fungi secchi de molho por 30 minutos para hidratar.
Em seguida escorra a água e reserve a mesma em uma vasilha.
Esprema o fungi até retirar toda a água acumulada. Corte em tiras.
Em uma panela coloque a cebola picada para refogar no azeite. Acrescente o fungi já cortado e o shiitake.
Mexa a mistura por aproximadamente 5 minutos. Acrescente sal e pimenta do reino a gosto.
Acrescente a água escorrida do fungi. Reserve a mistura em uma vasilha.
Sirva em prato fundo o talharim, cubra com o molho de fungi/shiitake e polvilhe com salsa picada.
