1 c margarine/butter
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
4 c oatmeal
2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c margarine/butter
1/2 pkg instant vanilla pudding, dissolved in 3 T milk
12 oz chocolate chips
1 c peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients. Pat in greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 10-12 minutes. Pat down with fork. Cool completely. Mix the next three ingredients. Spread on top of cooled bottom layer. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. Pour on top of pudding layer. Cut when firm.

In high school, I made this recipe a lot. I would have to make 2 pans - one to keep in my locker for everyone to steal and one for the main reason I was making them!
