Wets
1/2 c. Shortening
1/2 c. Butter
1 c. Confectioners Sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. Almond Flavoring

Dry's
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together wets. Mix dries separately. Blend dries into wets. Divide that dough in half. Add Red food coloring to one half. Make red and uncolored strips of dough, about 4 inches long, twist & curve.

Bake 9 minutes or until lightly brown in a 375 degree oven
