12 oz chicken, cooked and sliced
8oz fettucine, cooked as directed
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic
9 oz pkg artichoke hearts, halved
3/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup pistachio nuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add garlic and olive oil. Cook 15 seconds on medium heat. Remove from heat. Add artichokes, wine and nuts. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Stir in salt. Add cooked chicken and cook another 1-2 minutes.

Serve over fettucine
