1 box elbow macaroni
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk
8 oz sour cream
16 oz velvetta cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Pinch of salt
2 tsp spicy brown mustard
Colby Jack Cheese to taste
Panko bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Make rue with flour and milk. Add sour cream, velveeta cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and mustard. Cook on low until melted and "happy".

Meanwhile cook macaroni as directed on box. Drain and pour into greased casserole. Toss with Colby jack cheese. Pour prepared sauce over macaroni and stir.

Cover with panko and bake 45" at 350 until bubbly and golden brown
