3 C cubed Ham
1 ham bone
1.5 pkgs dry Navy Beans
Medium diced Onion
1 C diced carrots
1 C Celery
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place beans in large stock pot and cover with water to 1" above beans.
2. Parboil beans for 5 minutes then drain.
3. Add onion, black pepper and ham bone to beans, cover with water and bring to a boil.
4. Simmer until beans are almost tender then add cubed ham, carrots and celery. Cook additional 15 minutes or until carrots and celery are cooked.
