Ingredients:  
1lb of lean ground beef OR (1/2 beef & 1/2 medium or hot sausage)
3/4 cup of chopped sweet onion
1/2 cup of chopped celery
1 ½ tablespoon Worcester sauce
2–3 cloves of garlic chopped
Salt & pepper to personal taste
1/2 teaspoon of Italian spice
2 cans of tomato soup
1 to 1 ½ cups of sliced carrots
1 to 1 ½ cups of sliced potatoes
1/2 cup (frozen/fresh) corn
1/2 cup (frozen/fresh) peas
Water as needed
French fried onions as a topper - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, onions, celery, Worcester sauce, garlic, Italian spice, salt & pepper until meat no longer pink. (Don’t overcook)
Add 1st can of tomato soup into meat mixture
Add all vegetables & stir
Add 2nd can of soup as needed, until a stew consistency
Add little water (if needed)

Put into large casserole dish and bake 375 approx. 45 minutes or until vegetables are cooked (hot & bubbly)
Add French fried onions (optional) on top last few minutes of cooking (watch they don’t burn)

Freezes well
