SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE;
Peel & chop 6 large Sweet Potatoes, boil in 1/2 C. Sugar until tender. Mash with mixer adding 1/2 stick Butter & small can of Evaporated Milk. Add 1 tsp. Vanilla. Put in buttered casserole dish, leaving a hole in the center.

CARMEL SAUCE:
Mix 2 C. Brown Sugar & 3 T. Flour. Stir in 1 C. Water & cook until thickened. Add 6 Marshmallows & 2 T. Butter to sauce. Cook until melted. Pour into middle of sweet potato ring. Sprinkle pecans over potatoes, cover top w/marshmallows. Bake till marshmallows are melted & brown.

HASH BROWN CHEESY POTATOES:
1 (2lb. pkg.) frozen Hash Brown Potatoes/partially thawed, 1 (16oz) container Sour Cream, 2 C. (8 oz) shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, 1/4 C. Butter, 1 small chopped Onion, Salt & Pepper to taste and 1 T. Wyler's (chicken flavor) instant Bouillon. Mix everything together. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
