Directions:
Directions:
Combine white wine and orange juice. Heat in a saucepan and dissolve the lime jello in the hot mixture until no more sugar shows when mixing. Pour into jello mold or bunt pan and refrigerate until sticky when touched. Dissolve pkg. of lemon jello powder into 1 c. of hot fruit cocktail juice. Beat the sour cream until light. Add the cottage cheese to the sour cream and beat until light. Add to the lemon jello mixture and refrigerate until it is just slightly firm. Make sure the fruit cocktail in thoroughly drained and mix into the slightly firm lemon jello mixture. Set in refrigerator until the lime layer is just sticky. Add the lemon, cheese mixtureon to the lime layer. Set in refrigerator to thicken slightly. Heat the sweet red wine. Add the raspberry jello and mix until dissolved. Place in refrigerator until it is just sticky. Spoon some of the red wine mixture over the cheese mixture and let set in the refrigerator for a few minuets. Add the rest of the red wine mixture to the mold.Let set several hours until very firm. Put the plate that you will unmold the jello on in the refrigerator. It should be cold when you unmold the jello. Either in the sink or in a pan that is larger than the jello mold put in enough warm water to dip the mold almost to the top. Take the mold out of the refrigerator and with a warm knife go around the outside of the mold. Get the cold plate ready. Dip the mold into the warm water for no more than 10 seconds. Put the plate on top of the mold and turn over onto the plate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
