1 c. margarine, melted
6 Tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour

Frosting
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
6 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Directions:

Cookie
Combine all cookie ingredients and mix well.
Drop by tsp. on heated waffle iron. Bake 1 minute

Frosting
Boil first 4 ingredients 2 minutes. Add chocolate chips, stir until melted.
