2 sticks of butter
1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups of oats
1 12 oz. bag of semi-sweet chips
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Pre-Heat oven to 375º. Beat butter and sugars till creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Stir in oats, chips and nuts; mix well. Drop by Tbsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 mins. Do Not Overbake. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet (will continue cooking), remove to wire rack.

Bars: press dough onto bottom of a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
