1 stick butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup quick cook oatmeal
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add egg, sugar, vanilla and oatmeal. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto heavy duty foiled lined cookie sheet far apart from each other. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool on foil.

Be careful…cookies spread and if you put too many on the cookie sheet they will all run together.
