1 c mashed bananas
1 c sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
3 Tbs milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 c flour
1/2 c melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bananas, sugar and beaten eggs together. Add dry ingredients alternately with the nilk. Add melted butter, nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until done.
