1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar divided
2 beaten eggs
16 oz. cream cheese
1 dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together graham cracker crumbs, butter, 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9 inch pan. Refrigerate while making filling. Combine eggs, cream cheese, 2/3 cup sugar, salt and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Beat on medium speed about 5 minutes. Pour over the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool 30 minutes. Mix sour cream, 3 Tbsp and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread on top of cheesecake. Bake 10 minutes. Cool to room temp. Place in refrigerator to chill overnight.
