1 ¼ cups flour
Salt to taste
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk


Put Flour in a bowl and mix with salt and make a well in the center.
Beat the egg and milk in a separate bowl and pour into the well.
Stir together, forming a sticky dough
Turn dough over on a floured surface, knead about 10 times, and roll into a
Rectangle about the size of a large cake pan 9/x13
And then take pizza cutter and cut into ¼ to ½ inch strips
Add noodles to soup about 10-15 minutes before serving
