1/3 cup butter or margarine melted
2 tbsps lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 can (20 1/2 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Prepare pastry. In small bowl, beat eggs until blended. Add butter, lemon juice and water; blend on low speed. Add sugar, flour and salt; beat until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Fill pastry lined pie pan with pineapple mixture.

Cut second half of pastry into ten 1/2 inch strips. Arrange 5 pastry strips 2 inches apart across filling. Weave first cross strip through center. Add another cross strip, first folding back every other strip going the other way. Continue weaving until lattice is complete.

Fold lower crust over ends of pastry strips, building up edge; seal and flute. Cover edge with 2 to 3 inch strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning; remove foil for the last 15 minutes of baking. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
