2 lb boneless butterfly pork chops
2 small cans creme of mushroom soup
2 small cans of tomato soup
2 c milk
1/3 c oil
1 Tb meat tendorizer
1 tsp salt/pepper
1 small or large can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Pork with water, roll into flour, meat tendorizer, salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil, remove from pan into a baking dish, add soups , milk and mushrooms, bake for 2 hours, 1 hour with lid, 1 hour without.
