2 lb stew meat
2 c celery, diced
2 c carrots, diced
2 c potatoes, diced
1 tsp salt/pepper
1 tsp meat tendorizer
1 pkg stew seasoning
1 16 oz can of stewed tomatoes
1/3 cup oil
5 c water

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart cook pan, add oil and stew meat once heated to high. Add meat tenderizer, salt and pepper to meat, cook until brown.

Turn up heat and add water and stewed tomatoes. Let cook with stew seasoning for about 1 hr. Then add your vegetables, turn down heat to low and let simmer around 1 1/2 hr.
