1 lb of cut up chicken breasts
1 tsp pepper and salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/3 c oil
2 c celery diced
2 c carrots diced
1/2 small onion diced
1 c frozen peas
1 c fresh parsley chopped
3 c extra wide egg noodles by skinner

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oil in a 2 Quart Pan with Lid. Add chopped chicken breasts, add salt and pepper and Italian Seasoning until golden brown. Turn up heat and add 3 c water until it steams to a nice boil. Decrease heat to low and cook for 1 hr.
Add Vegetables..........low cook for 1 hr. 30 minutes before ready to serve add 3 c of Noodles
