1/2 CUP OF GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
1 TBS SUGAR
2 TBS BUTTER MELTED
1 (4OZ CAN) SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
3 EGGS SEPARATED
1/2 CUP LEMON JUICE
ZEST OF 1 LEMON.
1/4 TSP OF CREAM OF TARTER
2 TBS SUGAR.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 360 DEG
PLACE MASON JARS ON A BAKING SHEET
IN A MEDIUM BOWL COMBINE CRUMBS SUGAR AND MELTED BUTTER
DIVIDE MIXTURE EVENLY BETWEEN JARS
IN A MEDIUM BOWL COMBINE CRUMBS SUGAR AND MELTED BUTTER
DIVIDE EVENLY BETWEEN JARS.
IN A MEDIUM BOWL WHISK TOGETHER CONDENSED MILK EGG YOLKS
DIVIDE EVENLY
WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER BEAT THE EGG WHITES AND CREAM OF
TARTER UNTIL STIFF. WITH MIXER STILL RUNNING GRADUALLY ADD THE 3 TBS OF SUGAR AND CONTINUE BEATING UNTIL THE STIFF PEAKS FORM.
SPOON THE MERINGUE OVER THE LEMON FILLING
BAKE FOR 8 TO 10 MIN OR UNTIL MERINGUE IS GOLDEN
REFRIGERATEOR2 HRS BEFORE SERVING,
