For the cake
1 yellow cake mix and ingredients on package to make the cake

Filling
1 c. Cold milk
1 (3.4oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. Cool whip

Chocolate glaze
1 oz square unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp butter
3/4 c. Powder sugar
2 tbsp milk

Directions:
Preheat oven and prepare cake according to package directions. Grease and flour two 9" round cake pans. Bake cake according to package directions. Invert cakes on wire rack and cool.
Beat 1 cup milk and pudding with a whisk for two minutes. Gently fold in cool whip. Let stand 5 minutes. Stack cake layers on cake tray spreading pudding mixture between the two cake layers.
For the glaze: microwave chocolate and butter for 30 seconds and stir, microwave another 30 seconds and stir until chocolate is melted. Add powder sugar and 2 tbsp. milk, mix well until smooth. Spread over the top of cake immediately letting drip down sides. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
